This add-on to our popular Carer Payments modules is designed to:

·         Find placements within both in-house and external providers
·         Provide full pre-placement cost information
·         Generate placement contract documents

This has been achieved by:

·         enhancing the information held on Agencies to include a profile of costs
·         including  a schedule of additional services costs
·         a breakdown of the payments by the Agency  to providers and clients
·         enhancements to the referral process to include the cost of selected placement options
·         reports, including ‘awaiting placement’ listing
·         placement finding performance reports

Additional forms have been added to enable the automatic generation of Individual Placement Agreements across all placement categories:

·         Fostering
·         Residential
·         Residential with Education

To further improve case management we have introduced:

·         A system of alerts also ensures that important dates and targets are met
·         Document management through the Client Diary feature which enables all internally generated forms and documents to be stored and accessed via the client record. This enhanced client diary also enables external documents to be stored and accessed through the client diary folders.
